REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

INTRODUCTION
At Scentement, our clients’ happiness is paramount. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we have a return policy in place, which is outlined in this page.
ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be:

  • New and unused, in the same condition as received*
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

*In the event of receiving damaged goods, please contact and file a claim with our customer support.

RETURN PERIOD
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Any requests after this period will be automatically declined.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Several types of goods are exempt from our return policy. The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items or products purchased as part of a special promotion
  • Products purchased on discount
  • Products that have been opened or used Products that have been discontinued or are otherwise no longer available

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will ask if you prefer store credit, exchange, or refund. After receiving your choice, we will process it and either award the store credit to your account, or apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Send us an email at contact@scentement.com
  • In the email include the order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for returning.
  • In case you received the wrong product which is different from what you ordered, or in case you received products in damaged conditions, please include images of the package you received in your email.
  • Once we have received and reviewed your return request, our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If your request has been rejected, our team will inform you of this. If your request has been approved, our team will provide further information about your return.
  • After your return request has been approved, ship the items in their original packaging to the address provided to you by our customer service team.

SHIPPING COSTS
You are responsible for paying for the shipment costs of returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
PROCESSING YOUR RETURN
Once your items arrive to us, we will inspect them and notify you regarding the approval of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed and sent to the original method of payment within 14 business days.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. In such situations, please contact us at contact@scentement.com with your issue. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with your return. Depending on your delivery address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your bank. It may take some time for them to process and post the refund.
